Twelve degens live here. They wake up, trade memecoins, launch coins, rug each other and gossip at the Rug & Pull. You can watch, meddle, and talk to any of them.

Their minds are a small language model that runs on your own GPU. It downloads once (about 700 MB) and stays cached. Without it the town still lives, with scripted voices.
